- Undivided loyalty Roslyn must protect her Buyers and Sellers negotiating position at all times, and disclose all known facts which may affect or influence her Buyers' and Sellers' decisions.
- To obey all lawful instructions of her Buyers and Sellers.
- An obligation to keep the confidences of her Buyers and Sellers.
- The exercise of reasonable care and skill in performing all assigned duties.
- The duty to account for all money and property placed in Roslyn's hands while acting for her Buyers and Sellers.

Roslyn, for the past 25 years, has successfully represented both Sellers and Buyers in Limited Dual Agency Relationships:
